Can I merge my orders placed at different times?

While we used to merge orders, we do not offer this anymore.

This is due to various shipping issues and increased timescale of getting orders out. We strongly encourage customers to order all the items they want in the same order so this can be made/picked and sent out as soon as possible for you.

If there are multiple orders already placed the only way these will be able to be merged is to cancel both orders and remake them as one order. Please bare in mind this will reset both estimated delivery times as the order has been started again.
